I am mad for ephemera, especially when it is spanking clean! I just bought a box of old advertising matchbooks , advertising Band-Aids Adhesive Bandage from Johnson & Johnson.

The back advertises the band-aids for 36 pieces for 23 cents. Scouring the web, the only time I found 36 for 23 cents was in an ad from 1943...so correct me if I am wrong!

The graphic is in blue and red, with flesh-colored finger on a cream ground. The tops of the matches are a pinky-red.
