How do I download my digital files?

Etsy makes your files available right after your purchase. You will actually access your download files right through your Etsy account by logging in to Etsy on your Safari browser (you can't download through the app) and going to You > Purchases and reviews and navigating to your order. You will see the download link for your files there. Here is an article from Etsy to help explain it better: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108-Downloading-a-Digital-Item

How do I import my planner in Goodnotes?

To import your planner you can follow along with this quick tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hECudfEp8s&t=24s

How do I import my Goodnotes sticker files?

To import your Goodnotes files to Goodnotes 5, you can follow this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4MaD4HU1Iiw For Goodnotes 4, you can follow this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYsK2ibpSl0

Will the planners & stickers work in apps other than Goodnotes?

My planners come formatted for the Goodnotes app, but will work with any PDF annotation app - such as Xodo, Noteshelf, ZoomNotes, etc. The functions that are available for you (like having clickable links, using with a stylus, inserting images) will all depend on the app that you choose and not the planner itself.

I'm new to digital planning - do you offer a sample planner?

First, welcome to the rabbit hole! I don't sell planner samples, but I do have some fun planner, journal, and sticker freebies in my Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/CCMDigitals/ I would recommend downloading some of the free items that are available for you there and learning to use the Goodnotes app.

I used a freebie code - how and when will I receive my freebie stickers?

All freebie stickers are sent out the following day directly in an Etsy message. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, you will receive your freebie stickers on Monday.
