The applique work is soooo well executed.. obviously hand sewn by a very skilled hand! It has a wonderfully tactile feel w/ extraordinary bas relief!

Beautifully hand stitched reverse applique by a very gifted Kuna Indian artist in 'Kuna Yala', The San Blas Islands, Panama.. using the same time honored techniques handed down from Kuna mother to daughter for generations.
