Such a lovely little gravy boat by Homer Laughlin who brought us the famous Fiestaware! This is from another series, not sure of pattern name or dating on this piece. It is in wonderful condition though, no chips, cracks... just a small amount of crazing on the handle (photo 4). I love the bright pop of flowers that are so attractive set against the sunny yellow.

It measures 8.25 inches long by 3.75 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall at the handle or spout ends. It would probably hold about 2 cups of liquid (didn't measure exactly)

So useful as an everyday item in your kitchen to serve anything you like, not strictly for gravy that's for sure! You could really serve anything from cream, to syrup, to of course.... gravy! Or use it in the bathroom as a holder for toiletry items. I'm all about finding a purpose anywhere in my house for favorite items. Get creative!
