Great Find to Fix Those Old Shakers

This is some of the inventory from my antique shop I closed back in 1996. It seems I have an endless supply of things to list. Kitchen collectibles items are always fun and bring back memories of my Grandmother. I have 2 Pepper shaker lids in this lot listed today. The one with the letter "P" is from the 1930's and the red painted one is from ther 40's-50's.

These were originally made to fit those old jadite or milkglass range shakers Now you can have yours complete with these vintage tops. When I had my shop I always kept a basket or two baskets filled with old lids for everthing from salt shakers, canister and jar lids. Back then I sold them for 3.50 each but not today. The lids are in very good condition. The painted one has some general wear. They are all in round with no bends and will screw on nicely.

The sizes are the same for these two. They will fit a shaker just under 2" across o.d.. These are great for an antique dealer to sell or to increase the value of shakers missing lids.
