Miss Hope is part of my Ladies & Gents Victorian Portrait Series.

Who is Miss Hope?

Miss Hope sees the craziness of the world through the patients she helps everyday at the asylum. Sometimes she wonders if she should be a patient herself...

Since madness is everywhere in her life, she wishes for some type of sanity when she returns home every evening.

But every night she still dreams of someday reuniting with her old love and wears his image (The Lover's Eye). She joined The Lady and Gents Dating Service in hopes maybe Fate with get involved and help her find her lost love or perhaps someone even better. Here's to finding love!

The original illustration was created by me (Debra Styer) with watercolor and gouache.

The artwork on this limited edition print is 6in X 8in and is printed on archival velvet fine art paper with archival inks.

The print will be shipped to you in a protective sleeve with extra backing in a sturdy flat mailing envelope.

The print includes a lovely antique white mat ready to pop into a 8 x 10 frame.

All prints are signed and numbered.

(Frame not included)

The Ladies & Gents Dating service is a place for lovelorn people to meet. The series has over 30 lovely Ladies & Gents (so far) consisting of various backgrounds and occupations looking for the same thing...love. Because of the class restrictions of Victorian Era these people couldn't usually meet and fall in love, but we are changing all that, and letting their hearts decide.
