All our Waterproof Name Labels are completely safe for regular household use.
We highly recommend hand washing to extend the life of the labels.
We simply do not want to sacrifice safety for short-term convenience when it comes to products used on our children.
Our labels do not contain harmful chemicals that are commonly found in some labels to maintain adhesive ability in high-temperature environments. Therefore, exposure to excessive heat for a prolonged period can affect the durability of our labels.
Due to the lack of standardized temperature controls in the dishwasher market and incomplete information on temperatures within a working dishwasher, we do not recommend using our labels inside a dishwasher.

You should avoid the use of any plastic in the microwave, not just our stickers.

Despite our best efforts to ensure the color accuracy of our product photos, the actual colors of the final products may vary slightly. This happens due to various reasons, including slight differences in the products from our suppliers, or different settings across device screens.
Frog Box Label does not guarantee that the color you see on our online store exactly portrays the true color of the actual product.
By purchasing from Frog Box Label, you agree to accept the small risk of slight color variations between the representation photo(s) on our online store and the actual product(s).
Please also be aware that sticker paper shades may vary slightly between mass-produced items, even from the same manufacturer.

Our labels stick to surfaces VERY long, as long as you follow the care instructions:
1)DO NOT use name labels on clothing or silicon/neoprene/polypropylene/rubber surfaces.
2) For use on hard surfaces like bottles, please make sure the surfaces are not full of uneven patterns.
3) Besides practicing hand washing, always stick your labels with clean and dry hands.
4) Allow 24 hours before contact with water.

FACT: I have tested the labels on my children's water bottles and lunch boxes for over 2 years with multiple daily hand washes. They showed no signs of peeling, even after the bottles themselves broke.

Our turnaround time is 1-3 business days.
Orders are prepared and usually shipped the next business day if all required information is provided.
During peak season between June and August, orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping.

Free shipping on stickers to Canada and the USA is a courtesy service we provide to our customers to keep costs low for our customers. We use Letter Mail service from Canada Post, which does not include tracking.
If you need your order by a certain date or want additional tracking information, we strongly recommend that you upgrade your shipping method.

Due to the nature of these products, there are NO RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES once the purchase has been made.
Other physical items:
