Vintage flow blue butter pat portman art nouveau grindley England cobalt blue 1890s. Lovely scalloped edge with a gold beaded rim. Inner ring of raised embossing in another undulating scallop. Deep blue floral trim and scrolls rims the border edge.

W.H. Grindley and Company was founded by William Harry Grindley in 1880 the Newfield Pottery, Tunstall, Stoke on Trent, England.

3 3/8 inches in diameter

These little table accompaniments are delightful and exact replicas of the larger dinner plates. Highly collectible and fun to display in groupings or on their own. This one has striking cobalt blue coloration.

Very good condition. No chips, cracks, crazing, gold is in good shape.
