Additional Shipping Details

Items will be shipped to the address listed on the Etsy order unless specified in the "Comments" section. If an order is returned by the post office with an incorrect address or the address provided is undeliverable, the order can be reshipped to a new address for an additional shipping cost. International customers: Please take a moment to review USPS information for questions regarding prohibited items and prohibited countries. (http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/ab_toc.htm) I reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund for orders to USPS restricted countries.

Duty/Customs/VAT fees and/or taxes may be charged on shipments outside the USA (including digital files). It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay fees/taxes. Questions?? International orders returned "undeliverable" when shipped via Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and/or Small Flat Rate Box: the buyer will be charged return postage charges. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after your package has been submitted to and accepted/received by the US Postal Service. Please contact your local USPS office or mail carrier to submit a claim. In instances of a stolen package your local police department should be contacted.

Finding a Digital Pattern Purchase

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a VIEW YOUR FILES link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed, confirmation might take a few minutes. Etsy will also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive (check your spam or junk folder). Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer. If purchased a digital item as a GUEST (don't have an Etsy account), a link to download your purchase will be in the receipt email.

Difficulty Downloading a Digital Pattern Purchase

Etsy handles all technical issues, however, try these suggestions for a quick resolution. I have found most issues are due to web browser capabilities - I would start by trying a different web browser. Trying one of these may resolve your issue: • Try a different web browser. • Disable any browser add-ons or tool bars (example, some virus protection add-ons block downloads). • Try a different device (try a different PC, laptop, tablet or mobile browser on a cell phone). • Clear your cache/cookies. • Make sure your virus protection software is not blocking the download. • Reboot your system.
