Windswept Weeping Willow depicts a cascade of graceful willow boughs blowing in the wind. The silver laden organic rocky terraine glimmers below. The pure silver tree within was hand wire-wrapped (by me) and then carefully encased within a top layer of clear with a new technique I am currently working on.

The bead itself has a wonderfully low profile which gives it a pleasing tactile feel, like a worry stone while also allows for a larger size bead without uneeded weight.

Handmade in my home studio in Corbyville, Ontario, this bead was created with variety of 104 soft glasses and then kiln annealed for durability.

The encased tree is made from fine silver wire.

The silver wrapped trees in the second picture are not included...they are posted just to illustrate how the trees look before I encase them within the beads.

About the bead

Length - 62 mm long (2 3/8")
Width - 12 mm , nice, low profile!
Made on a 3/32 mandrel
