"River Rogue",Original Acrylic Painting 9"X12": "Detroit River Rogue" - All the waterways of Michigan that wind throughout the state like a web of arteries are teaming with life and visual excitement. For many years I have visited the Detroit River at many of its harbors. This scene is from the Wyandotte, Michigan area. The sea gulls there survive by their wit and grit. I've dubbed them the Detroit River Rogues.

Michigan's many lakes, streams, and rivers provide beauty in the many day to day denizens of its natural environment. Here is an example translated into art. This is an unframed 9"X12" original, acrylic painting. It has been varnished several times for durability and protection. The image carries over onto all four edges of the wooden-framed canvas. It will be carefully shipped in protective packaging.

I love the pet portrait John did of our Gracie who we sent over the Bridge in June. It's a gift for my husband. I communicated with John my thoughts and asked if he could have it finished in time for Christmas. John graciously opened up his pet portrait option and immediately worked on the portrait. He communicated with me every step of the process. Well, the portrait came and it is fabulous!! It looks just like our Gracie. My husband will love it!! Thank you John for understanding how important this gift was and for your beautiful rendition of our furbaby. I highly recommend John and suggest a glance at his FB page too!!
