Scarce. Yellow. Neiska. Weller.

This Weller Neiska vase has a white glaze inside and a bright yellow glaze outside. Yellow is very popular for summer finds, and all year long for bringing the sunshine into your room.

Weller Pottery yellow mottled two tone ware vase. Glaze is Neiska circa 1933 and shape is from the Seneca line, also circa 1933.

There isn't a wide variety of the Weller Neiska Ware pottery available as it was only made in 1933. It is a handsome example of the line. The Neiska glaze is naturally varigated with a mottled yellow glaze that gives almost a gourd-like surface. There are a few faint lines from "metal contact". Inside, the semi-gloss white is almost perfect.

You can find this on page 367 of the Huxford's Weller Pottery book.

Nice handles. Incised "Weller" on base.

Measures 8 1/4" tall, approx. 5 1/2" from handle to handle. Opening is 3 1/2" in diameter.

As you can see, there is a glaze flake on the inside of the rim. It is not perfect, and is offered "as is", as shown in the photos, and as described. Otherwise, the item is sold in outstanding vintage condition with slight signs of use down the decades.

Selling and shipping in the USA only via USPS. I am pleased to be able to offer Free Shipping on this item.
