A sturdy warp-faced runner in honey tones. The color of this attracted me immediately, and the rough linen feel won me over! Best for a natural table setting with lots of wood and white glazed ceramics from your collection. Tea with honey cakes, sesame buns, kanelbullar, all things earthy and rich.

This piece is in good vintage condition, although it has one big drawback: one of the short ends looks like it's been munched lightly by someone's cat or like it was a wear-spot from lots of loving use. It has been priced accordingly.

This is not the end of the world--it can be hidden or snipped off and refinished (hint: baste what will be the new raw edge before you snip it, so the weave doesn't unravel!). Or you can love it for what it is--it doesn't appear to be actively coming apart. You can see the damage in the last photo, but please don't hesitate to ask me about condition before purchasing!

Long and skinny, this piece measures 47 x 6 inches (119 x 15 cm). It is beautifully woven, the selvedges straight and the ends neatly finished by hand.

The back side is a much more electric color, dominated by lime and olive greens, which you can see in the third photo. This side is equally beautiful, and the piece is essentially reversible!

Invite your best friends over for homebrewed mead in the shade garden, and line your table with this runner.
