This is a limited edition Giclee print of my original abstract painting of PSU's Lion Shrine. This image is printed on Velvet Fine Art Paper (100% cotton rag) using fade-resistant archival inks, and it is signed and numbered using acid-free ink. The image measures 5x7, and the double mat is 8x10 - you choose the color!

Suggested mat colors:
white with white, ivory with gold, ivory with light blue, ivory with tan

About the painting:
This painting was derived from several images of Penn State’s Lion Shrine. The Lion Shrine sculpture was a class gift of the class of 1940 and remains one of the most recognizable symbols of The Pennsylvania State University. This rendition of the lion shows a light and energetic feeling through the quick, translucent brushstrokes. This translucency creates the illusion that the lion is emerging from the blue and white background.
