This coin purse is a collaboration with Japanese stamp artist, Fumiwo ( http://www.etsy.com/shop/fumiwo ) - Fumiwo stamped a red sea bream, pine, bamboo and plum, all symbols of happiness and celebration in Japan.

Sea breams are thought to bring good luck, because its name ("tai") forms a part of the word festive ("medeTAI") . Pine, bamboo and plum are plants that are also associated with good luck and happiness, and together they are called "shouchikubai".

The base fabric is white with light gray stripes, and the lining is red with small white dots.


Dimensions:
Approximately 4" wide x 3.5" high (10cm x 9cm) at the widest/tallest part when flattened. Credit cards do NOT fit into the pouch.
The metal frame is 3.25" wide x 2" tall (8cm x 5cm)

Materials:
Outer material: 100% cotton (reinforced)
Lining: 100% cotton
Fleece is sewn in between the outer fabric and lining.
