She dropped her bike on the sidewalk in front of the little general store. She wiped some of the grime from her face and wandered inside. The lighting was dim and the store was funny - full of an assortment of odd, sometimes old, items - everything from toiletries and canned food to fishing tackle and chicken feed. She wandered to the back where the refridgerator was. Picking out a glass bottle of purple, grape soda, the oldl man who owned the store surprised her. He smiled and gaver her dollar back. Anything for the great granddaughter of the Bates'.
Enjoy a deep, nearly solid colored thick and thin yarn with Grape Soda - a perfectly purple handspun yarn.
Super saturated, deep violet, this colorway is simple and soft. Mo found this hand dyed merino irresistable. She handspun this thick and thin, single ply yarn on an Ashford Traditional wheel. After spinning, she set the twist and allowed the yarn to bloom. This yarn is lofty and quite soft with a very simple and beautiful color. This yarn is next to skin soft.
