This vintage sterling silver ring features a gorgeous turquoise cabochon. The piece of turquoise is in an oval shape and is a really pretty shade of greenish blue with some nice brown matrix on one end. The turquoise stone is about 3/4" long and 1/4" wide. The stone is securely set into a silver bezel, which is a little bit bent out of shape on one side and at the bottom (easiest to see if you click zoom in pictures). Around that is a very subtle rope detail, and then surrounding that is a border of silver dots, which has an interesting (seemingly random) pattern of outlined circles and filled in ones. The overall size of the ring is 1" long and 1/2" wide.
The ring is marked on the back "Plata" and "25". It looks like the 9 in 925 didn't get impressed hard enough when it was stamped. Plata (silver) is repeated in a circular marking. The band is singular in the back and splits into two where it attaches to the ring front. This ring is a size 7.
