This large wooden spatula is a reproduction of one of the first spatulas I made when I first started carving utensils. Free shipping till the end of July. It is made for right handed cooks. I still have that one and it is much cherished in our home. I liked the shape so I made a template of it. I call it a #1. It won't damage your expensive cookware and it feels so nice compared to plastic or metal. It is 12 inches long and has a 3 inch wide slightly curved and angled blade just perfect for flipping flapjacks or fried eggs. Made from American Black Cherry. Finished with beeswax and mineral oil.

Care is easy, just wash in hot soapy water, towel dry, and apply some mineral oil or walnut oil every couple of weeks or you can buy some of our spoon oil finish which is Beeswax and mineral oil. A 4 oz. jar lasts for a long time and it will help to keep your spatula looking and feeling good for many years.
