Fun 1950s vintage horse and carriage planter by Le Bow of California, maker of planters and TV lamps in kitschy, retro forms. This one's really two pieces: a team of spirited horses, and the ornate stagecoach they're pulling. Lime green with gold accents. Lots of details, including 4 holes for the reins (possibly a gold chain, long gone?). Big enough for a kitchen window's worth of herbs, looks great with ivy or palms. Or fill it with napkins, pens, mail.

Marked on the base: Reg. Le Bow of California ©

12" wide with two pieces, 6" high

Excellent condition. No cracks or chips. A rare one, as it's hard to find the horses still with the carriage.

vintage Horse and Carriage planter. reen, gold. Le Bow 1950s / Mid century cottage / the GRANDMA'S TABLE pot
