'How Do You Do', says Mr Ben...can you see him, he's in photos 1, 2 & 3....these are really him! though he has many disguises you know

that's because he's made from the wonderful Harlequin of England fabrics, this is their Small World design from their stunning Far Far Away collection - oh i love it!
Mr Ben is made of premium quality 100% heavy curtain fabric in a beautiful shade of aqua & boasts characters of traditional dress from all around the world. That's how he got his name you see....just like the cartoon character always dressing up in overseas costumes...i wonder who he'll be today

Mr Ben is wondering what costume he needs to wear to entice rice out of you, he needs lots of it you see...he can only travel empty (because the journey price is so high when he's full you know) so he'll be very hungry when he reaches you....he wants to go to the home with the most rice. he'd really like it if you'd give him some...

he needs love too though, all mice need love

( MYO / Feed Your Own, Mr Ben Doorstop / Bookend Dormouse. The mouse measures approx 21 cms tall - will come to you in a padded envelope, with a small amount of padding in the upper most part & with eyes, ears, nose, tail all attached, entirely stitched together apart from a little opening (which you can ever so easily hand stitch closed), to allow for the filling of your choice - i always use dried rice, but you could use any dried pulses or even coffee beans if you prefer....once he's full to the top, add a few teeny stitches to close the opening (it's verily easy & simple to do) & if you would like to hide your own little stitch piece, you can tack on a button or a ribbon bow on top to hide them (i'll enclose a button or a ribon bow for you) ....he'll look grand once you've helped him)

Hope you love him ...he's very special
