This is a set of three wooden bridges used for cello and violin. They have the string notches cut out and each has a teeny hole drilled into the center, top (large enough for a thread to go through). These were either irregulars or sample pieces I obtained from an instrument repairman and they are not suitable to use on your stringed instrument! These are for the crafter or someone with a vision of repurposing them into something special. The largest measures 3 3/4" tall by 3 1/2" wide by 1/2" deep at the feet. The second measures 3 1/4" tall by 2 3/4" wide by 7/16" deep at the feet. The smallest measures 1 1/2" tall by 2" wide by 1/8" deep at the feet. Measurements are approximate, but very close. The largest bridge has one plastic strip over one of the string grooves (to keep the string from vibrating) and it can be peeled off. This same bridge is marked "Aubert, Made in France" - the smaller two are not marked.
