Short Story Long:
Tiny baby birds in the design of this rug are calling your name and saying, "Buy Me!" This is an Indian replica of an old, Pesian design, and the workmanship on this rug is fabulous. The weave is very tight, making for a clear pattern and a soft, dense pile. This rug will hold up to wear and would work well in a foyer or hall. The warm coloring of the rug would pair nicely wth either traditional furnishings or a mid-century teak piece.
This particular rug is in showroom, excellent condition. It is a little lonely because it has been in inventory so long, and despite its high quality, has never been taken home. Don't disappoint the baby birds.
