Great communication with the seller from start to finish and delivery. The only issue was the colors of the rug were slightly different than the picture, but the seller has offered a solution and handled it well and it is still a beautiful rug, it just changes the vibe of the room slightly as the colors are more bold.

really nice quality, i never had a rug that felt like such natural wool like this. it is comfy for me to sit on the floor. the colors are a bit different from the listing photo but i am ok with it, the colors are nice, i wasn't too picky about the exact colors personally but they look more like solid blocks of color rather than more of a mixture like the photos.
