We treat each individual print in your order as a separate item. For example, if you ordered a set of 3 prints and only one of them has a problem, the refund/replacement applies to only one print. If you received damaged/defective/wrong item(s), please take photos immediately and contact us. At least one photo should contain all damaged items together (in a single photo). Please photograph them so that damage and artwork can be seen. Please take a photo of the package as well. If it is not possible to show all the problems in one picture, please shoot a video. Please do not discard problem items until you receive a replacement.

Unframed prints
Our premium, heavyweight paper (with matte and luster finish) is printed using high-quality archival inks. These giclee prints are printed on top-of-the-line printers. Custom sizes are available upon request.

Framed prints
Frames are approximately 1.25" wide and 0.625" deep. Each frame is handcrafted in-house and professionally customized to order. Please check the image with standard frame sizes. Please note – inside dimensions of the frame without mat are shown on the image. Mat size (mat opening) means actual print size. Customization is available - different frame colors, custom sizes, etc.

Canvas prints
The artwork is printed directly onto top-quality polycotton canvas using archival inks and stretched over 1.5" solid pine stretcher bars. The artwork is wrapped around the edges of the canvas. 0.75" stretcher bars, different wrapping options, and custom sizes are available upon request.

⚠ Please note:
The artwork colors you see on the display are not the same as the actual print colors and may vary depending on your display settings. This is especially true for images with smooth color gradients and delicate hues.
Wood Frame color may vary from lighter to darker as wood texture varies from batch to batch.

Please contact us for custom options. We print on wood, metal, foamcore, bags, etc. We also produce floater frames and many other items not shown in our Etsy store yet.
