Allergic reactions to jewlery

While rare, some customers may have allergic reactions to certain metals and materials. If you experience any discomfort or irritation while wearing your ring please immediately discontinue wearing it. Please also note; if a ring is too snug on your finger it can trap soap, sanitizer, dirt/sand etc and cause irritation that will look like an allergic reaction.

Warranty details and fine print

The included warranty ensures you receive a ring free of inlay defects. The warranty covers a one time repair/replacement per order for inlay defects and does not cover loss, theft, damage, regular wear from daily use or not following the provided care instructions. Damage (including drop damage) will void the included warranty. Broken bands will be considered drop/impact damage. All requests for warranty work will require return of your ring for inspection. Rings with defects will either be repaired or replaced. Securely pack and insure your return. Loss due to shipping is not covered, it must arrive safely. For damaged (not defective) rings you can choose between having your ring returned or discounted repair and replacement options.

A use and care guide is included with every order. If something isn't clear please let me know. I use all constructive customer feedback to update the use and care guides. General care points include; As with all jewelry and watches; avoid dropping your ring, or contact with sharp and abrasive objects. This includes beach and sandbox sand. Contact with chemicals; nail polish remover, acetone, paint thinner, gasoline, excessive sanitizer use, chemical solvents etc can/will cause damage to the inlay. Avoid rapid temperature changes. Going from hot to cold and cold to hot rapidly over time can cause expansion and contraction of the metal and inlay leading to cracking over time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I ship all orders in tasteful packaging. Boards, trays and coasters all ship wrapped in brown kraft paper. Smaller items (such as guitar picks) all ship in gift boxes at no additional charge. For multiple orders of guitar picks I will reach out to you to see if you would like all of your guitar picks in one gift box or if you prefer multiple gift boxes (for multiple gifts).

Wholesale availability

I do accept bulk orders at discounted prices. Please message me to discuss your custom bulk order and based on your needs I will propose a wholesale price based on the design. Example bulk order; You would like to order 30 sets of coasters with fly fishing lures cast in rest for resale in your retail establishment.

Help! I ordered the wrong size ring!

I'll be happy to help! Please message me to discuss options to exchange your current ring. Please do not use a flexible or fabric ruler to get your ring size. These may work well, however; they are not accurate enough for ring sizing. I've seen them be off by as much as 4 ring sizes!

My ring fell in the garbage disposal and was chopped up, what can I do?

Please message me with some photos so I can see the damage. I'll be happy to reply with some options on how to repair or replace your ring. With wedding rings you'll have a sentimental attachment. Where possible, I may even be able to repurpose the stones from your ring to return something as close to the original as possible!

I need rush shipping!!

No problem! Please message me before ordering and let me know your deadline including any customizations you're looking to make. Expedited shipping is available and in those cases I will also make a special trip to ship your order from the local regional USPS hub.

Do you offer rings larger then size 13 1/2 or smaller then size 5? Or slim 4mm width?

Thank you for your question! I update the available sizes on my listings to reflect the sizes I have in stock currently. Unlisted sizes may be in stock but not updated on the listing yet or just low in stock. I'm happy to take on projects for sizes I don't have listed. Please message me to confirm.

Shipping and Address Verification

Please verify your shipping address while you order and during checkout. If through the course of ordering you provide the wrong address your order will go to the wrong address! If you recently moved please verify that your address on Etsy and/or Apple/Google pay is correct before submitting your order! If you plan on moving while your ring is being made; no problem! I’m happy to hold or delay shipping while you get settled in and get your new address. Please ensure you're selecting a safe and secure shipping address. Orders where tracking shows delivered but are not received are not considered lost and will not be refunded or replaced. I would be happy to ship with signature required if you have delivery concerns.

Made to Order

Each order is for one custom handmade ring handcrafted to order personally **for you** in the Upstate Resin Works LLC shop located in Upstate NY.

This rings inlay is made using approximately 1 carat of crushed genuine light pink colored Rose Quartz sorted for size and color.
Genuine rose quartz forms from large formations and not smaller crystal clusters generally seen with generic pink quartz.

The design can be be adjusted to make it YOUR perfect ring! Let me know using the personalization box.

Several band types are available;
Black Zirconia - high scratch resistance, nice shine, deep black color, smooth feel and light weight.
Titanium - medium scratch resistance, nice shine, silver metallic in color, smooth feel and light weight.
Tungsten - high scratch resistance, nice shine, silver metallic in color, smooth feel and heavy/solid feeling.
Upgraded comfort fit bands are used in all rings!

Shown in the photos is the slimmer 6mm band in tungsten. Also available in the wider 8mm width.

A strong attention to detail is put into everything that leaves the Upstate Resin Works LLC shop.
For a mirror finish each ring goes through a 21 step finishing process!

Warranty and Repair (*);
Upstate Resin Works LLC offers a lifetime warranty on all rings and assures them to be free of issues and defects.
Your purchase also includes lifetime access to repair services for any damage you may cause to your ring!

Ring sizing;
Most ring sizes and band colors (Tungsten, black Ceramic, Damascus, Surgical Steel, gold tone etc) are available.
I recommend that you have your size checked by a Jeweler to ensure you order the correct ring size.
These rings with custom inlays can't be re-sized.

Engraving; Now available!
Below is the link to the laser ring engraving service.
https://www.etsy.com/nz/listing/1035596840/custom-ring-order-ring-engraving-service
Ring engravings will delay the start of your ring 3 to 5 days. That will impact any Rush Order requests.

Custom requests;
I offer many different band types, inlay colors, opal and semi-precious gemstone types as well as precisions stones like Ruby, Emerald and Diamond.
Feel free to message me with any custom requests, I'll be happy to help!
Please use the personalization box to let me know how I can make your ring perfect for you!

Please note, I complete rings in the order I receive customer requests.
Generally each ring ships sooner then the estimated 1 to 2 week processing time noted on Etsy.
More challenging projects may take some additional time.

* Warranty and repair details;
All rings are photographed, size verified and quality inspected prior to shipping.
Customer is responsible for shipping changes on warranty/repair requests.
Major repair work (lawnmower, garbage disposal, crushed rings etc) may require a minimal reconstruction fee.
Loss and theft isn't covered under this warranty, however; please email me to discuss discounted replacement options.

If you have questions or want a more custom order please don't hesitate to send a message!

Had to message the seller about being the ring / shipping times as shortly after I’d ordered it I found out I’d have to be moving. He was very quick to respond and offered multiple solutions. Ultimately it was able to get to me before then and my fiancé loves it. It’s very stunning in person and it fits nicely. Tho I did size up a half inch just to accommodate for his bone to finger ratio so it’d be able to go past his knuckle but it doesn’t slip off past it while it’s on
