SIZING

The Bella + Canvas 3001 tee is a unisex fit, meaning it’s a bit more slim through the midsection than a traditional men’s tee, but not quite as fitted as a women’s tee. Women should size down for a more fitted look and size up for a looser fit.

Please be sure to check the size chart photo. We recommend measuring one of your tees at home and comparing it with the size chart.

- SOLID COLORS: 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton

- HEATHER COLORS: 52% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester

- ATHLETIC HEATHER: 90% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester

Only top of the line equipment is used to produce our graphic apparel, including Kornit Avalanche HD6 and the brand new Atlas machines. The entire process is eco-friendly; the inks water-based, bio-degradable, and non-toxic.

DIRECT-TO-GARMENT PRINTING

We use DTG printing, which is a printing process that sprays water-based inks onto apparel using modified inkjet technology. This produces a very vibrant and clear picture that will last the life of the garment.

ABOUT THE BELLA + CANVAS 3001 UNISEX JERSEY TEE

Although a bit pricier than other t-shirts on the market, we chose to use the Bella + Canvas 3001 tee due to its long-standing reputation and unbeatable quality. Below are a few of the many reasons why it is the #1 best-selling tee.

1. AIRLUME COMBED RINGSPUN COTTON: Raw cotton is combed through to remove impurities and then ring-spun to create a long, high-quality strand of yarn. That yarn is then turned into fabric, which has a super tight weave and smooth consistency. Airlume cotton is the highest quality combed and ring-spun cotton you can get. This makes for an incredibly soft shirt!

2. DURABLE, STRONG, & LONG LASTING: Strong side seams and shoulder tape give it durability for many years. The cotton mentioned above contributes to this as well.

3. ECO FRIENDLY & ETHICAL MANUFACTURING: Bella + Canvas guarantees that no sweatshops are used in the manufacturing of their products. They reduce their waste when they produce steam by burning oil from their dye process, and make sure their wastewater is disposed of ethically. They use 7 times less water than the industry average, saving 24 million gallons a week. Lastly, they use eco-friendly dyes and efficient dye machines.

4. CONSISTENT SIZING: Bella + Canvas uses laser-guided automated cutting, which prevents inconsistency. They cut the fabric in vacuum-sealed bags to ensure nothing moves or varies by even a millimeter. This also reduces fabric waste.

5. SHRINK PREVENTION: The cotton goes through the shrinking process before the fabric is cut, reducing the total after cut shrinkage to a maximum of 5%.
