This print is of an original wood burning that I did. A client opened a coffee shop downtown and asked me to do a wood burning for him. He does all of his own roasting, and is very conscious of where and who he buys his beans from. He wanted to be as fair to the growers as possible, so he purchases directly from them. I really wanted to convey his aim, so I started researching coffee growers and found a photo of this girl which I then adapted into a wood burning. I think that most people can't visualize who is picking their coffee beans---long before it reaches their cup; and I thought that through her eyes, awareness could be achieved. Even if it is in a small way.

While I already sold the original, I can make a print in any size you want, so if you don't see what you're looking for in my shop please contact me. I use archival matte professional quality paper so it will last for years. The print will arrive signed on the back.

Thanks for checking out my shop! Please feel free to contact me with any questions or requests.
