Traditional San Blas textile in red/maroon and typical mola bright colors. This is one of several brought back from the San Blas Islands in Panama by my Grandmother Violetta over 35 years ago.

This is a handmade textile of multiple layers in traditons style and colors by a Kuna Indian. We have several syles if you would like to make a set. The tapestry pieces are ideal for creating pillows, framing, or as the locals use them - by applying them to clothing. I've seen backpacks, purses and placemats made from them as well.

These are in excellent condition and have all been very well preserved in art boxes in a non-smoking home. View others available at our shop: https://www.exnomad.etsy.com

This textile is approximately 20" wide x 14" high. Background is a maroon red, with the use of white, black, blue, orange, hot prink, dark green, lime green and yellow.
