Mid Century 1911 Maxwell was one in a series of the Antique Autos tumblers. These tall frosted drinking glasses or coolers were distributed in the 1950s by the C.E. Knox Oil Company as a promotional item. Manufactured by the Anchor Hocking Glass Company. When you bought a tank of gas or had an oil change at one of their gas stations you would be given a tumbler. Start or add to your collection. The tumblers in this series include, 1900 Oldsmobile,1906 Stanley Steamer, 1902 Packard, 1909 Nash Rambler, 1913 Hudson, 1908 Buick, 1911 Maxwell and 1906 AutoCar.
