This model I believe to be produced in 1938 I have the serial number if you wish to further investigate. It has no tab key because well no typewriters of this time period had them. It is a 4 bank style, meaning 4 rows. There is a backspace key. all the keys work and I have not noticed any sticking keys. Keys are black and green.

This typewriter is complete with a case, in which the typewriter is actually locks in to.The Outside of the carrying case it says Oregon State perhaps it was used in the school or a fan owned the machine. It is in fantastic condition in addition to the case.

This machine is a nice example early showmanship and technology!

Underwood produced the first widely successful, modern and very attractive typewriter.

There is lots of history behind Underwood and were considered a leader in office machines.

This is an antique that will be a real conversation piece!

The feet are attached! Underwood has a history for broken feet.
