I love the drama in this Drum Carded spinning batt. The fibers really compliment each other and together create a striking blend of darkness and light. It should give you some texture from the lovely BFL locks and silk noil, and some smooth from the natural chocolate brown Polwarth, hand dyed Merino and BFL rovings, and streaks of Mulberry Silk. This should be a fun spin, and the sparkling Angelina will give you some nice additional shine :)

I blended this 84 gram / 3oz batt on my Louet drum carder. You could split this lengthwise to separate out the colours and make a somewhat graduated yarn, or stretch it into roving for a more blended look, or you could split it across the width of the batt for some funky colour mixing! This is ideal for corespinning but will also make a lovely single of any weight and would provide interesting contrasts in a plied yarn too. It is also suitable for using for felting projects. Whatever you choose to do with your batt, its going to look fantastic!

In order to keep postage costs as low as possible, I ship all my batts and yarns flat packed, folded once around a card and safely secured in a plastic sealed bag for shipping. It looks fantastic packed like this and will arrive to you in good condition, ready for you to create something really amazing :)
