Over the past 20 years I have developed great relationships with ethical and reputable sources for my stones. I do my best to source only authentic and untreated stones, and will mention in the listings if they have been treated or if I have any uncertainty about them.

We ship orders within 1-2 days, but tracking may not begin for several days. If your tracking does not move, be patient. Your package is on the way. We only have the same tracking info you have, so please wait before contacting us.

UPS Economy takes 5-12 days and UPS Expedited takes 2-5 days for packages to arrive to you. HOWEVER, sometimes there are delays, up to 8+ weeks, depending on your country and customs. Be patient and do not leave a negative review without first contacting us for resolve. We understand you need to be protected, and want you to feel safe shopping with us.

You may have to pay duty and/or VAT taxes upon receipt of package. We are not responsible for any taxation.

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping, and we are not responsible for shipping loss or damage. Items must be carefully packed with all original packaging.

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc). My company Throwin’ Stones is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting, and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My dual system partner is Activate by Reclay. Much of our packaging is reusable, and when worn out, please recycle.
