This beautiful Salvador Dali illustration signed 1945, was salvaged from a copy of the 1948 First Edition of The Autobiography of Benvenuto Cellini.

The paper is in exceptional condition and measures 5.5 x 8.75 inches and is blank on the reverse side. Perfect to frame.

About the artist: Salvador Dalí i Domènech (1904-1989) was a prominent Spanish surrealist painter born in Figueres, Spain. Dalí was a versatile artist with a flamboyant personality. Some of his more popular works are sculptures and other objects, and he is also noted for his contributions to theatre, fashion, and photography, among other areas.
