I have found that these crocheted lace stones are so much fun to create and each one takes on a look and personality of its own. It has now become an obsession with me to create these and I find myself secretly looking at stones everywhere that have "Lace Stone" potential. :)

This listing is for one Lace Stone in a double fern pattern. This Serpentine stone is small measuring approx: 2 3/4 inches x 2 inches and is 3/4 of an inch high. I fell in love with these very smooth stones while on a trip to Santa Fe and have 5 stones similar to this one. The thread used here is very tiny #80 cotton crochet thread. The name of this variegated thread is rainbow taffy. The colors in this thread are blue, light green, yellow, pink, soft orange and purple. This stone looks completely different on the bottom. I also have a photo of the other side. The stone used here is uniformly oval, uniformly flat and light green-ish yellow in color.

These stones would be great as pretty decorations in your home. They also make awesome, unique, handmade gifts. They look great lined up on a table or stacked on top of each other. These could also be used for a paperweights.

This stone is ready to ship. You will receive the lace stone in this photo.
