This colorful, mid-century wall art from the 1970's with an intricate, abstract original design in bright shades of purple, orange, red and a natural white will make a great decorative accent. Will complement Danish modern, mod and contemporary decors wonderfully. The design is executed using tapestry and needlepoint techniques in yarns some of which appear to be acrylic and some wool or blends. The piece has a 3-dimensional quality. 1 1/2" deep brushed aluminum frame. Can be hung 4 different ways.

Very good to excellent condition. The acrylic fiber in the design areas with longer stitching has some minor fuzzing, consistent with age Clean, no stains, no breaks in the yarn, bright colors. Signed by a Michigan artist "Ann Zirulnik" on the back.

Dimensions: 16 1/2" x 16".
