Are your items framed?

No, posters are unframed. I'm just looking for some supplier. Maybe in future. I will do my best.

Which material do you use for packaging?

I use reused and new recycled boxes. If you order your order as a gift, I always use new box. But I'm trying to recycle transport boxes. We have to look after our planet.

What about customs and taxes?

Well, If you are NON-EU, your country have some % of tax or customs or both. Every country has different fee but it is a small % of fee counted from the value of the product which you ordered. Every customs takes some time (usually it takes 2-7 working days), it's very individual, so you have to count on with this even if you order a gift. Count on with extra time. This is not my responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
