He communicated with me right away when my order was going to shipping a little later than planned due to the war in Ukraine, and gave me the option of a refund. I was so excited to receive my item, I had no problem waiting. When there were some issues in transit due to the war in and USPS was unaccommodating, Dmitry replaced my order and shipped it out another right away! He sent me all of the shipping info. and let me know the estimated time. He responds quickly and truly just wants to make the customer happy! He sent over images of the order and I cannot wait to receive it! Not only does the product look beautiful, but because of how amazing he handled the obstacles that came along, I will definitely be doing business with him again!! Definitely order from him if you have the chance!

I recently received my custom photo lamp -- it's beautiful and exactly like the photo. I truly had no idea I was ordering from an artist in Ukraine, so it made my gift order so much more meaningful. Dmitry was transparent and communicated status of the shipment - I am in awe of the effort he put in to get this item across the border by bus. He was responsive and followed up to ensure the package was received -- I already put in two more orders. Thank you Dmitry! (PS -- when you order, recommend getting the extra plug set)
