Everything's coming up roses with this lovely set of 4 bread plates plus one saucer in Edwin M. Knowles beautiful "tea rose" pattern. These plates date back to the early 1950s, probably 1951. The back of each plate carries the "K" mark with "Knowles" below it and the registered trademark symbol, then "U.S.A. 33-1" beneath that (photo 4). Each plate measures 6 1/2" across, even the saucer. Every plate is beautiful with no chips, cracks, staining, or crazing. The yellow in the photos is only flash glare. Just right for serving something yummy with tea in the garden or salad at your next dinner party! The price is for the entire set of 5 pieces. A terrific accent to a shabby chic or cottage chic style, yet would complement a formal table also.

You may have just found a wonderful start for a beautiful vintage collection of fine Edwin M. Knowles china! These will be shipped by flat rate priority mail with ample packing material and insurance.
