I made this composite image from six different photos I have taken at various times and places including some from Parris Island, South Carolina. For me, it is a reminder of why and how we first gained our independence and remain a free nation to this day. The quote "Freedom Is Not Free" is not just a statement. It happens to be a fact - even though many people in this country don't want to believe it. The price for our freedom has been and always will be paid by our nation's veterans. I enjoyed my service as a Marine, and I salute all our veterans from the Marine Corps, Navy, Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard past and present.

This unique 11"x14" Photo Collage Print is sure to please most anyone who is serving or has served as well as anyone who appreciates the sacrifice and service of others. This image created by Joel Palmer Photography looks awesome displayed in the home or the office. My unique fine - art prints and canvases would make a wonderful gift for yourself or to share with your friends, family, and loved ones celebrating birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, teacher gifts, and other occasions.

Another great idea is to simply give this artwork to someone when there is no "special occasion" or reason other than the fact that you just want to say thanks, to encourage them, or just bless them in special way you both will remember.

When you purchase a print from me, you can be assured that you will receive a beautiful fine - art photograph that is created using high quality archival papers and inks. For print sizes up to 13"x19", I make them myself on either a fine-art 100% cotton rag paper or on a thick pro luster photo paper with pigment based inks. For prints larger than 13"x19", I use professional photo labs that also create high quality archival photo prints - usually on a pro luster photo paper. If you have a preference in the type of paper or the print finish, please contact me or add your request to the order details.

Regardless of the print size or type, every image I offer has been photographed by me and carefully selected to become a finished work of art. If I choose to make a fine-art print or canvas, I spend a considerable amount of time and effort in the creative process of image editing. For me as an artist, this process is often just as important as capturing the original raw photograph with my camera. As much as I love the time I spend with my camera in hand, I also enjoy the satisfaction and the challenge of taking that raw "digital negative" and then carefully and patiently "coaxing" that image until I have finally crafted a finished fine-art photograph that is ready for showing and for creating custom prints and canvases as well as commercially licensed photographs.

Multiple quantities are also available, so feel free to contact me about this option and I'll adjust the price for any discounts that are offered. If you would like to discuss fundraising possibilities, please contact me.
