The customer reached out and wanted to make an exchange for another file (actually, this would have been a refund for the first file and then they could just purchase the second file; Etsy doesn’t allow exchanges). Unfortunately the customer had already downloaded the file onto their device, and once that happens, I don’t allow refunds or ‘exchanges.’ I think the customer was upset about my communication of referring to a ‘refund’ instead of an ‘exchange,’ - I did say ‘refund,’ and I probably should have said ‘exchange’ just to make it more clear. But either way, since the file was already downloaded, I can’t offer either.
