About returns & Shipping costs

Shipping costs are a non-refundable service. *I do not return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged. Shipping is a third-party service and out of my hands, therefore, when you return an item, I will refund you for the item itself, minus the shipping cost. *Please double-check that you insert your address correctly. When a package gets sent back to me due to an incorrect address, I get charged for that return shipping cost. This cost will then be deducted from your original purchase. I will then contact you to ask if you'd like the items to be sent back to you, at your own expense. Thanks for your understanding! Important Message for U.S. Customers: Due to recent changes in U.S. tariff policies, and the uncertainty these have created, I’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily not accept returns from U.S. orders. This is because returning items also incurs tariffs on my end. Please note that U.S. pricing includes a 35% tariff, which is paid to U.S. Customs. Under the new law, this tariff must be paid before the item leaves Canada, and I cover it on the customer’s behalf.
