Since the cookies are perishable items, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Please be aware that the processing time is different for certain orders, if you need more than 3 dozens let me know before placing them due to the processing time is a little longer that way I may coordinate in a timely manner so your order gets to you on time.

I take great care in packaging my cookies to ensure that they will arrive intact.
Cookies are individually bagged and heat sealed wrapped in bubble plastic then boxed.
SHIPPING POLICY
I ship using USPS Priority Mail (except Sunday and holidays).
No refunds will be given for broken or damaged cookies.
No refunds will be given due to carrier delays, stolen or lost packages, weather conditions, once the package has left my possession, the shipping and handling is no longer in my control.
