stunning WWII era skirt hand painted with palm trees, ocean view, flowers, sailboats, island people, cottages/huts. high waist fitted. snaps and hooks in back. full a-line. and a neat name tag inside reads "Martha Jo Wood" may be her here: http://tinyurl.com/6w923hp I love to put some history behind a garment.

condition-great, there's a few marks/scuffs mainly along the bottom hem but I'm nearly certain that they were from when it was made. maybe it was accidentally folded while still wet. no obvious flaws. lightly wrinkled. has been steamed, but was folded for many years.

waist-25" high waist
hips-44"
length-34"
