Just a little note about sizing 🤍 All of my pieces are adjustable except for bangles. If you’d like, you can simply send me your measurements when you place your order, and I’ll happily adjust the piece for you before shipping so it fits you perfectly when it arrives. If you’re ever unsure about sizing, feel free to message me — I’m always here to help.

Silver-plated jewelry needs a gentle touch. · Keep away from water — no showers, swimming pools, or dishes · Keep away from perfume, body lotion, and hairspray — alcohol dulls the plating over time · Store in a dry place when not worn · Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth between wears All silver-plated jewelry will naturally develop a softer patina over time — this is normal and part of how silver behaves. With proper care (avoiding water, perfume, and chemicals), your piece will keep its bright shine for years. If your piece does start to dull, gently buff it with a soft dry cloth — never use silver polish, as it removes the plating.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic? I have sensitive skin.

All my pieces are nickel-free and lead-free, which makes them suitable for most sensitive skin types. However, silver plating can react with individual body chemistry over time, especially in warm or humid environments. If you have a known severe metal allergy, please message me before ordering and I'll be happy to advise.

Where are your pieces made?

Every piece is designed by me at my London studio. I have worked as an architect for over twenty-five years — Gozemre Atelier is my second studio, where I sketch and finish every design by hand. The casting and silver-plating is produced by my trusted production partner in Türkiye, using traditional Anatolian techniques. Final finishing, assembly, quality checks, and packaging happen at my London desk. Wear the architecture.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?

Please don't. Water, chlorine, salt water, and soap can damage the silver plating and shorten the life of your piece. Always remove your jewelry before: · Showering or bathing · Swimming · Working out (sweat is acidic) · Cleaning or washing dishes · Sleeping (to avoid bending) Put your jewelry on last — after perfume, lotion, hairspray, and makeup.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order is gift-wrapped by default — beautifully packaged and ready for giving (or keeping for yourself, fully encouraged). If your order is a gift and you'd like a handwritten note included, please leave the message in the order notes at checkout. I'll write it by hand.

I’d love to tell you I have a standard packaging style… but nope, not even close. Why? Because I create each package like a mini art project, inspired by the moment and the mood (and sometimes how much coffee I’ve had).

There’s no “one-size-fits-all” here — just a whole lot of heart. If you’ve chosen one of my handmade pieces, you’re already a gift to me. So naturally, you deserve packaging that feels like a little celebration.

Long story short: every order is wrapped with enough love and care to make it gift-ready — even if the gift is for your fabulous self (which, by the way, I fully encourage).

🚚 Shipping Info (a little chaos, a lot of love)
Officially, I ask for up to 3 days to prepare your order… but between us, I usually ship it out the next day (I get too excited, what can I say?).

📦 UK Orders
Shipped with tracking — so you’ll know exactly when your goodies are on their way!

🌍 International Orders
By default, international shipping comes without tracking, because tracked shipping prices have sadly climbed beyond what I can afford to include. BUT, if you’d like tracked delivery (especially recommended if you live in “mysteriously disappearing mail” zones), there’s a tracking option at checkout!

🛠️ Handmade = One of a Kind
All of my pieces are handmade, so teeny tiny differences between items are totally normal — and part of their charm! Like snowflakes, but shinier.

🎨 Custom Designs
Unfortunately, I can’t offer custom designs for orders under 500 pieces (yep, 500 😅). That’s because creating a new mold is a whole production — like, literally.

🔤 Engraving?
Sorry, I don’t offer engraving. It can damage the silver cladding on the jewelry and that’s a no-go in my book!

⚠️ A Word About Tarnishing
Tarnish complaints are super rare (yay!), and so far, mostly related to rings. But let’s talk prevention:
Silver cladding doesn’t love perfumes, creams, or other chemical buddies. These can react with the surface, depending on their acidity, and cause the silver layer to wear off — revealing the brass underneath.
So, to keep your piece looking fab:

Avoid chemical contact

Store it in a closed box when you're not wearing it
This helps prevent oxidation and keeps the sparkle alive!

✨ If It Still Darkens…
No worries! Just dampen a soft, velvet-like cloth and gently polish the item. Boom — shine restored!
