Reclaimed Mason Jar Wall Shelf

This cute little wall shelf is made from salvaged pine door casings from a house that was being “updated.” Why someone would want to remove the charm of an old house is beyond me. However, it has allowed for the creation of this useful shelf. It has all the character you would hope for in reused materials.

Great for adding a little charm (and organization) to all those cluttered areas in your house, such as your craft nook, bathroom, workshop, etc. The mason jars allow for items to be grouped yet still visible and the shelf provides the perfect spot for frequently used items.

It would also make a great kitchen herb garden!

Dimensions are roughly 16" x 7". It can be made with either “Regular Ball” or “Wide Mouth Kerr” jars; just let us know which you would prefer.

Note: Due to the shelf being made from reclaimed wood, we did fill a couple holes on the back of the shelf to give it more strength. This does not affect the appearance of the shelf from the front and will be unnoticable when hung.
