This mailing labels can be used for any occasion.



- Wrap Around Mailing Label 9" x 1.25"

Labels come with return address & monogram only.

There are 6 labels to a page/Label sheet.

All PDFs will be design to print on a US Letter (8.5"x11").

Envelopes are NOT included.


Mailing Addressing Options:

You have 2 options for addressing the labels,

Option 1 //: Adding the mailing addresses yourself via a Word Doc template that I'll provide. Which has 2 printing steps for each sheet. You'll need to print the PDF that I'll be proving 1st then print the word doc/mailing addresses on top of that.

Option 2 //: I can add the mailing addresses for an additional design fee of $0.50 per address and you'll just need to print out the PDF file once, no additional printing.

There's 6 wraparound mailing labels per 8.5 x 11 label sheet and there's also crop marks on the PDF file for cutting out the labels.



- Print on full sheet (8.5" x 11") label paper

- Take the PDF to Print Center at Staples, Kinko's, Office Depot, etc. (laser/digital printing)

- If you have the Print Center cut items to the crop marks provided on the PDF, tell them to cut in short stacks to prevent shifting.



(i.e. mailing addresses, font change & size / orientation change)

- Each mailing addresses is an additional design fee of $0.50

- If needed, up to 2 rounds of revisions are free of charge.
Each additional round of revisions will require a fee of $15.

- If needed, up to 2 rounds of color changes are free of charge.
Each additional color change will require a fee of $5

- Each round of font changes will require a fee of $5

- For orientation / size change, depending on the difficulty of reformatting the layout / design will require a fee of $5-15



Please refer to our shop policies section for our most up to date turnaround times. We do not work on holidays.

You will receive your 1st proof usually within 5 business days once payment is received and all information needed is provided. You then have the choice to approve the design or send back any revisions. If changes are requested, we will make the revisions and then send you a 2nd proof usually within 3-5 business days. Once you're happy with everything and approve the design, you will receive your digital file(s) usually within 1-2 business days after final approval is given.

For an additional round of changes / proofs please allow 3-5 business days for each round.

Faster turnaround times may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us with the details for availability and fee.


Should you decide to revise your design after final approval and/or receiving your final PDF, you will need to provide us with all the requested changes and you will be invoiced for the current listing price.

Shop Policies:



Text received from the customer will be directly copied & pasted into the actual design. We ask that the customer proof reads before sending the text and on the file before finalizing and approving any proofs. After final approval I will NOT be held responsible for any typos, etc. in the final files unless designer error does occur.



1. Purchase the item's listing.

2. Submit all your text info into the "Note to Seller" section at checkout.

3. If your printable order requires a Photo
- Please send photo via Etsy Convo or email your photo submission to our email address at info [!at]

4. Once all information and payment has been received we will begin working on your proof.

5. We will send you a proof within 5 business days of receiving payment. At that time we ask that you review the proof for any errors. 

6. After you have approved the proof we will send your finalized order by email within 1-2 business days.

Paypal accepts major credit cards and debit cards.

Once the payment has been cleared we will begin working on your customized order.



Every monitor and printer is color calibrated differently. Color may vary slightly from that seen on the screen to paper. Paper type may also effect color.

All files & designs are for personal use only. You cannot sell or reproduce these designs.

When submitting professional photographs you agree that you are the photographer or have obtained a release of copyright from the photographer to reproduce them.
