Horace the elf knows that "slow and Steady wins the race". This adorable duo is handsculpted in polymer clay and 2 part epoxy sculpt. This piece measures 6.5" tall and 7.5 inches long not including his fishing rod. Horace is costumed in handmade and handsewn vintage fabrics.
