This is a stunning Art Deco style bracelet made by Kenneth Lane between 1967 and 1974. This bracelet is prominently featured on page 108 of Kenneth Lane's excellent book "Faking It". Pieces from this original Art Deco series are very rare and collectible.

This bracelet is an expandable stretch bracelet with segments connected with stretch cord. Twelve segments are divided into six frosted clear lucite segments and six silver tone segments. The silver tone segments are channel set with clear pave rhinestones in graduating sizes. The overall design of the piece is formally Art Deco and also quite mod in its simplicity of line and design. This is a timelessly chic and rich looking bracelet.

The bracelet is signed "KJL" in rectangular cartouches on each of the silver toned segments.

Circa: 1967-1974
Brand Name: Kenneth Lane, KJL
Color: Frosted Clear, Silver
Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition, There is a very small pale mark on the interior concave area of one of the frosted lucite segments that is invisible when worn. This is most likely a result of variations in the lucite manufacturing process, as this piece was bought, never worn and kept in a collection, evident by the incredibly tight original elastic cords.

Width of Bracelet: 1.5" / 4cm
