These are one of the all-time greatest Daniel Green styles from the 1940s, and in the most gorgeous peacock blue satin. The shoes were designed as boudoir shoes or slippers, and most definitely have enough sole (leather) to be worn outside. The shoes have peep toes and shapely satin-covered 3" heels. Obviously the pièce de resistance is the ruffle, and the slingback straps are elasticized with ruffled fabric cover.

Condition: At least good. There are small marks and slight stains on the shoes, but nothing terribly obvious. I believe everything really noticeable is viewable in my photos. I would say the most notable staining is what looks like light closet burn on the right shoe, left side, seen in the third photo.

Size: Labeled 2A65, which is US size 6 1/2 AA, but please go by the measurements.

Length-9 1/4"
Width-2 5/8" (difficult to measure inside the shoe, but this is my best guess—the width on the sole is 2 7/8"

With the measuring tape flat on the insole I measure from toe to heel for the length, and from side to side at the widest part (the ball of the foot) for the width. Remember this is the widest part on the insole, the upper is wider at the center of the sides.
