This beautiful piece can be custom made to suit your event or a precious keepsake gift.

All our items can be custom to suit your personalisation with names, pictures, quotes or
anything special to you or another.

Item is made from 3mm Thick Material

Process:
When you have purchased your item, you will need to leave a message in ‘add to personalisation’ this is before you add to cart. You will need to let us know what you would like written word for word (as we copy and paste), the colour (if applicable) and the font number which you can find in the listing (if applicable). This will help us do a demo design for you which is the next step.
If you have purchased something with many individual items, example names or pens this may not fit in the ‘add to personalisation’ box – please send us a message with the wording you need.

DEMO Design:
You will receive a demo design picture (in black) which you will need to confirm before we start the cutting process, However if we do NOT receive a respond within 24 hours after the demo design has been sent – the item will be cut and sent with first demo design.

Receiving your item:
This is very important – all items are fragile; Acrylic pieces will come with a brown paper or a plastic sheet to protect from scratches during transit, this will need to be peeled off carefully by yourself before the event. Once paper or plastic sheet is removed the damage insurance is voided.

Postage and Packaging:
Your item will be sent via Australia Post with tracking which will be uploaded to your purchase for updates.

Damages:
If for whatever reason you receive your item damaged, please inform us by etsy messages straight away with a picture of the item

Our items are quite fragile, these will need to be handled with care.

Cake toppers - Will come with a bubble wrap and foam (acrylic only) wrapped around the cake topper, item can not be pulled out of these protection sheets as these will cause a broken item.
Cutting the protective sheet first and lifting item out is recommended.

Acrylic Name placements - they will come with a protective sheet on the acrylic for transit protection. These will need to be taken off before use. These items are very fragile and small handle these gently. Use a tweezer to help remove the protective sheet.

Once you have placed your order and provided Evermore gifts with the details required. We will move forward and provide buyers with a image of the demo design we have created (usually 2 days out of shipping ETA), in which we will allow buyers 24 hours to make any changes to the set design. Outside of the 24 hours the item will be made and sent as per the demo design. It is the buyers responsibility to reply to these designs within the set time frame.
